Mark Pytlik, the CEO of New York-based Stink Studios reached out to Skål Celebrations looking for an onsite planner for an offsite retreat in Boulder, Colorado. Due to the pandemic, many of the company’s new hires had not been able to meet one another in person. This retreat was going to be their first time connecting in real life. With offices around the country, Mr. Pytlik was constantly busy with the daily operations of Stink Studios. Therefore, he needed someone to handle the planning of this Colorado retreat. Skål Celebrations was the corporate event planner he turned to.
Results:
Skål handled all aspects of the company retreat so when Mr. Pytlik and his team arrived at Denver International Airport they knew that all their accommodations, venues, meals, transportation and activities were taken care of. Both he and the leadership team were able to focus on the agenda for the week-long retreat and successfully carried out their meetings. In addition to getting their work accomplished, with Skål’s efforts, Stink Studios’ employees were able to meet, mingle and connect face-to-face for the first time since the pandemic.
